The opportunity: As a Senior Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR), you will play a critical role in driving pipeline generation and revenue growth across the EMEA region. Building upon core sales development expertise, you will own strategic prospecting initiatives, develop targeted account penetration strategies, and partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to create qualified opportunities within enterprise and mid-market organisations. You will also serve as a role model and mentor to newer SDRs, sharing best practices and helping elevate overall team performance.
How you will shape sales development at Achievers:
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting across assigned EMEA territories.
- Conduct research and account mapping to identify key decision-makers, influencers, and buying committees within target organisations.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across prospective accounts to increase account penetration and create new business opportunities.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies, progress opportunities, and drive pipeline growth.
- Create and execute targeted outreach campaigns leveraging phone, email, social selling, and other prospecting channels.
- Maintain accurate accounts, opportunities, and activity data within Salesforce and other sales engagement platforms.
- Stay informed on EMEA market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to enhance prospecting effectiveness and account strategies.
- Consistently achieve or exceed pipeline generation, meeting creation, and activity targets.
- Share best practices and provide guidance to less experienced SDR team members, contributing to overall team success.
- Demonstrate a multithreading approach into large key accounts.
- Outline using AI to streamline prospecting process and create efficiencies in workflow.
Experience we feel will set you up for success:
- 18+ months of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar prospecting role with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and lead qualifications.
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within an organisation.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar technologies.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience prospecting within the EMEA market and an understanding of regional business practices.
- Demonstrated ability to share best practices and positively contribute to team performance and culture.
