How you'll shape Professional Services at Achievers:
- Consulting: Consult with clients to gather business and technical requirements through onsite and remote meetings. Align requirements to product functionality, offering best practice, scalable solutions along the way. Present compelling solutions, in a collaborative way, to Enterprise clients based on finite feature sets. Interact with diverse client IT teams on various technical topics such as system integration and single sign-on.
- Configuration and Testing: Configure platform modules, site content and permissions. Configure system integrations and single sign-on. Provide technical design consulting for API-based integrations. Utilize test scripts to verify configurations work correctly, identifying and logging any bugs that occur.
- Project Support and Delivery: Investigate product issues by configuring proof of concepts and interacting with Product Management where needed. Escalate product issues as needed to ensure client expectations and timelines are met. Provide product feedback to Product Management. Collaborate with colleagues inside and outside the department to foster a team-oriented, customer-focused environment. Support onboarding for new team members through product and process education. Demonstrates a can-do, team-oriented attitude.
Experience we feel will set you up for success:
- 4-5 years of related experience in a software company.
- Demonstrated evidence of rapid execution of concurrent short-term projects (1-3 month cycles).
- Experience with configuring and implementing software applications.
- Evidence identifying risks and issues.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing new strategies to ensure project delivery.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and drive.
- Evidence of effective multi-tasking and tight project schedules.
