Salary: £24,500 to £27,000 per annum (full-time equivalent, 35 hours per week), dependent on qualifications and experience.

Achieve4All is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic PE Specialist to deliver engaging PE lessons, extracurricular clubs, wraparound care and holiday camp activities to primary-aged children across Newton Abbot and the surrounding areas. This is a mobile role supporting multiple school contracts, with regular travel between locations. Typically, around three days per week will be based in the Newton Abbot area, with two days per week supporting schools and provisions further afield. Business mileage is reimbursed in accordance with the company mileage scheme.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality PE lessons to primary-aged children in line with the Achieve4All curriculum and lesson planning.
- Deliver engaging breakfast, lunchtime and after-school clubs.
- Support the delivery of holiday camps during school holidays across various venues.
- Create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment for all participants.
- Deliver coaching sessions that are engaging, energetic and of a consistently high standard.
- Meet all contractual commitments and professional standards.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety and company policies at all times.
- Manage groups effectively using positive behaviour management strategies.
- Maintain professional relationships with schools, staff, parents and pupils.
- Complete session registers, reports and any required administrative duties accurately and on time.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience delivering PE lessons within primary schools.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Positive and proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Experience delivering a variety of sports and physical activities.
- Enthusiasm and passion for working with children.
- Willingness to teach the full range of activities within the Achieve4All curriculum.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly between school locations.
- Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one prior to employment.
Desirable Requirements
- Level 2 or above Safeguarding qualification.
- Level 3 Paediatric First Aid qualification.
- Sports degree, sports coaching qualification or National Governing Body qualification.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Dance, gymnastics or other specialist activity qualifications.
