About the people and their home

The people at Roxby house are supported in having a wide variety of experiences and everyday life skills. From looking after their own home environment to challenging themselves with events out in the community, all the people we support enjoy a variety of activities from trips to the coast, cinema, bowling and even a good theme park.

Our Support team work alongside them, giving them choices and achievable goals, life skills and independence in the community, ensuring they live an enriched and fulfilling life.

About you

It would be advantageous to have some experience of healthcare work for this role, but it isn’t absolutely necessary as we provide full training. As long as you’re passionate, hard‑working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in.
