ResponsibilitiesAs Deputy Manager you’ll be part of the leadership team, providing support with key activities such as:
- Developing support plans
- Risk assessments
- Rota planning
- Recruitment
- Development of team members
- Working with the Home Manager to ensure the safety of all and to motivate the team to keep the people we support engaged, fulfilled and happy
