Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Tenders and Contracts to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services. Key Responsibilities Provide senior leadership and strategic oversight of Achieve together's tendering and contract management activity, supporting the Senior Commercial Director to strengthen commercial governance, improve organisational performance and secure sustainable growth opportunities across health and social care markets. The role will lead the identification, assessment and delivery of relevant tender opportunities, ensuring submissions are commercially robust, operationally deliverable and aligned to Achieve together's growth priorities. It will also establish and lead a high performing tenders and contracts function, including oversight of the Bid Manager, ensuring all tender and contract activity is accurate, timely, well governed and reflective of Achieve together's values, priorities and commercial objectives.
