We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Peripatetic Manager to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide interim and ongoing support to selected homes, including those with vacant leadership positions.
  • Support the local teams to drive quality of services by effective leadership and promoting best practice in line with the Achieve together way.
  • As designated to take on the registration of support with the CQC (England only).
  • Ensure compliance and delivery of service in accordance with regulatory and company standards, promoting our values and behaviours.
  • To deliver excellent service in line with quality and commercial expectations.
  • Escalating any issues, concerns or feedback to operational and support function leads.
  • Supporting the recruitment and induction process for new starters or internal promotions.
  • To manage the budget of the home and ensure the business remains viable and to meet and exceed the key performance indicators for people, quality and performance.

Requirements:

  • Awareness of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and Inspection requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
  • A self-starter, dynamic individual who has a flexible can-do approach.
  • Clean driving licence, for access to a company vehicle.
  • Previous successful home management and supervisory experience.
  • Previous experience working within a social care environment.
  • Increasing occupancy, reducing agency.
  • Experience of working and living at times "away" from home.
