Achieve together is seeking a PBS Practitioner to join our community hub team. You will support the organisation's core operations and help deliver person-centred care through PBS plans, training, and coaching staff.
The role requires a 1st Degree 2:2 or higher in a relevant field, a BTEC Level 5 in PBS, willingness to travel, and a full driving licence. Weekend on-call may be required to provide behavioural advice.
