We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Responsible Individual to join our Ops team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:- To register as Responsible Individual with Care Inspectorate Wales.
- Ensure organisational, legal and regulatory requirements are met across all homes in Wales. Ensuring any concerns or shortfalls are escalated.
- To complete minimum three-monthly visits, completing a report, identifying actions for the operational team.
- In line with risk, increased frequency of visits where required and agreed with Operations Director.
- Review action completion and escalate internally where required.
- Oversee and maintain the CIW portal.
- Ensure all Statement of Purposes, Written Guides are reviewed timely and shared with CIW.
- Oversight of Notifications.
- Relationship holder with CIW.
- Level 5 or above in leadership and/or health and social care.
- Experience of multi-site management with a proven track record of meeting key deliverables and regulatory requirements.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the sector regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to engage and present at a senior level.
