• Implement and maintain Quality Assurance processes
• Complete administrative duties efficiently

About You
• Proven experience as a Care Manager, Service Manager, Deputy Manager, or Registered Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Relevant health and social care qualifications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively
