Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pricing Administrative Assistant to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Utilize Excel skills to manage and organize data, develop, refine, and enhance spreadsheets according to requirements, create pivot tables, and generate reports.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including data checking, prioritising workloads and formulating responses for the team.
- Investigative Tasks: Conduct research and gather information to support various projects and initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Identify issues and proactively find solutions, demonstrating strong investigative skills.
- Ownership: Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
