Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Business Partner to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly management accounts and KPIs
  • Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases for investment decisions and project evaluations

Requirements:

  • Qualified or part qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) preferred
  • Proven experience in a similar finance business partnering role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
