Every home is like a small business, and as Deputy Manager you’ll be part of the leadership team, providing support with key activities such as developing support plans, risk assessments, rota planning, recruitment, and development of team members. Together with the Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the safety of all and you’ll motivate your team with ideas that keep the people we support engaged, fulfilled and happy.
