Are you an experienced Manager looking for your next career adventure? Cerrig Camu is set in a stunning country estate, just outside the historic market town of Dolgellau. It is a large property and you would be responsible for oversight of both the attractive main building and three additional cottages.

Acting as a positive role model and an effective practice leader, you’ll guide and develop the team to support people to have the best possible quality of life. You’ll lead your team with kindness and compassion, taking accountability for all aspects of the home, focusing on making ordinary people’s lives extraordinary. Areas such as recruitment, retention, budget management and rota planning are all part of the role but the focus remains on the people we support.
