EPI-USE Labs is continuing to expand across Europe. We are now looking for a dynamic, degree‑educated individual to join our team in the UK and Ireland, to drive sales of our proprietary software and related services, including Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Data Security and Privacy, primarily in SAP. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly successful boutique software company during a period of strong growth.

Leveraging our unique intellectual property, we provide specialist professional services that span a range of services, from software implementation to complete hosting and managed services. Our client‑centric focus enables a 97% retention rate, with over 1,800 global clients across Retail, Utilities, Finance, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Publishing and Public Sector.

EPI-USE Labs people need to be self‑sufficient, disciplined, and outgoing, with a genuine enjoyment of travel and working with diverse businesses and people.

Responsibilities
  • Close software sales and generate revenue for implementation, training and consulting services to reach quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure successful adoption of solutions and ongoing utilisation to enhance the business.
  • Manage the partner‑based business and increase channel sales.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximise win rate in high‑value opportunities.
  • Create, enhance, and manage business relationships to foster ongoing business opportunities.
  • Proactively and creatively understand client needs; identify solutions to client requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience and Skills
  • Proven, successful track record in SAP solutions and services sales.
  • Knowledge of EPI-USE Labs solutions a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP technology and applications such as S/4HANA, RISE with SAP and future directions.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to present to large audiences ranging from professional SAP users to CIOs.
  • A team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a good working environment, providing constructive feedback into the sales process.
  • Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and able to work on one’s own initiative.
  • Eager and keen for continued self‑development.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to travel freely within the region.
