Responsibilities
- Act as consultant on SAP HCM transformation projects and the associated software.
- Explain and advise on the SAP data model and how it is delivered by SAP.
- Support the resourcing and staffing office and coordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Experience and Skills
- Proficient in SAP Technical HCM.
- Minimum of four (4) SAP project lifecycles experience.
- Confidence in delivering new or existing solutions using consulting skills to build required solutions.
- Must obtain and maintain Security Check (SC) / Developed Vetting (DV) clearance; eligible for UK security clearance residency and nationality requirements.
Desirable Skills
- ABAP experience (read, debug).
- Willingness and ability to travel long distances when required.
- Experience working in SAP migration projects, preferably including S/4HANA/HCM (Payroll/Success Factors).
