We are seeking a highly organised and client‑focused Technical Financial Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our financial advisers and delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced financial services administrator who enjoys working with complex cases, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in getting the detail right.

Location and Employment: Knightsbridge, London (Hybrid) Permanent | Full‑time

About the Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee high‑quality technical and administrative support to the Practice. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring all servicing is delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time. You’ll work closely with advisers, taking ownership of end‑to‑end advice processes and maintaining impeccably organised client files across Salesforce and iBusiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high‑level technical and administrative support to Advisers, including complex case queries
  • Liaise with SJP Tax, Technical, Protection and Pension helplines as required
  • Handle ad‑hoc client and third‑party queries (withdrawals, valuations, wealth accounts, surrenders)
  • Prepare advisers for meetings by ensuring compliant, complete and accurate files
  • Maintain up‑to‑date client records, including AML, ID&V, vulnerable client records and offshore declarations
  • Manage Letters of Authority (LOA) process and analyse ceding scheme information
  • Prepare advice files including analytics, research, Voyant, carry forward calculations, DocuSign and illustrations
  • Ensure Advice Sets and business submissions are completed accurately and within BA timeframes
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity in line with business assurance requirements
  • Keep up to date with regulatory, template and business assurance changes
  • Support strategic projects and continuous process improvement initiatives

About You:

  • Previous administrative experience within financial services
  • Strong knowledge of regulation and compliance processes
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent client communication and relationship‑building skills
  • High attention to detail, strong organisation and time‑management skills
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, positive and adaptable mindset
