ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an opportunity to join a growing, people-focused financial planning practice during an exciting phase of expansion. The team supports professionals and families across the UK with personalised, long-term financial planning, and this role sits at the centre of the operational engine that makes that possible.
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team that values clarity, accuracy and exceptional client service. If you want to help build and improve systems rather than simply maintain them, this role offers exactly that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a traditional back-office admin role. You’ll work closely with advisers and the operations team, managing real client workflows from start to finish. From day one, you’ll handle case management, produce client documentation, maintain CRM records, and act as a key point of contact behind the scenes. As the business grows, your responsibilities and development opportunities grow with it - whether that’s towards practice management, paraplanning or even advisory pathways.
