- Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects, mitigate risks early and support builds through production and commissioning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, manufacturing, procurement, service teams and directly with clients.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs meet safety, regulatory and documentation requirements with full traceability.
- Innovation & Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and explore emerging technologies including electrification and automation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor engineers, lead design reviews and help build a high-performing technical team.
- Customer Focus: Deliver solutions that exceed expectations in quality, usability and value.
What Youll Bring
- Strong background in mechanical and systems engineering
