What Youll Be Doing

  • Technical Leadership: Set design strategy, approve engineering outputs and act as the authority on technical decisions.
  • Bespoke Product Development: Turn client concepts into detailed CAD designs using advanced modelling, simulation and prototyping tools.
  • Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects, mitigate risks early and support builds through production and commissioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, manufacturing, procurement, service teams and directly with clients.
  • Compliance Standards: Ensure all designs meet safety, regulatory and documentation requirements with full traceability.
  • Innovation Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and explore emerging technologies including electrification and automation.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor engineers, lead design reviews and help build a high-performing technical team.

What Youll Bring

  • Strong background in mechanical and systems engineering

Requirements
