The Commercial Assistant will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of commercial operations within a healthcare-focused environment. Working closely with occupational therapists, prescribers, and internal teams, you will ensure that online ordering systems, product catalogues, and contract documentation are accurate, up to date, and compliant. Responsibilities
- Handle Queries: Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from occupational therapists, prescribers, and internal stakeholders, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Catalogue: Maintain and update the online equipment catalogue, ensuring product descriptions, pricing, availability, and categorisation are correct and aligned with current contracts.
- Administrative Support: Carry out a range of administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, filing, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate records across internal systems.
- Contract Setup: Set up new contracts by preparing documentation.
