This is a rare opportunity to build a long-term career within a supportive, high-quality environment where integrity, professionalism and client outcomes come first.

This role is designed for someone who wants to develop into a trusted advisor, not chase transactional sales targets.

The Opportunity

You will join as a Junior Advisor, working closely with the founder and wider team. From day one, you will gain exposure to an established client base, strong inbound demand and a structured development pathway. As your competence and confidence grow, so will your autonomy, responsibilities and client ownership. For the right individual, this role forms part of a long-term succession plan, with the potential for future equity participation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting and servicing an existing portfolio of high-earning professionals and business owners
  • Attending joint client meetings and gradually taking ownership of relationships
  • Preparing and delivering high-quality, advice-led financial planning
  • Working closely with paraplanning and operational support teams
  • Contributing to practice events, referrals, and business development activity
  • Developing your technical knowledge, advice skills, and professional qualifications

This role is ideal for someone who values doing things properly with a focus on suitability, long-term planning, and exceptional client outcomes.

What We Offer

  • Employed package including:
  • Base salary up to £50,000
  • Performance-based bonus (typically 10-25%+) linked to contribution, quality, and IAF/OAF metrics
  • Modern IT equipment and planning software
  • Strong PSS and outsourced paraplanning support
  • A clear, structured progression pathway
  • Long-term potential for equity participation (subject to performance and values alignment)
  • Compensation and responsibility will increase over time as you grow within the practice.

Training & Development

You will benefit from a comprehensive development programme, including:

  • Founder-led mentoring and supervision
  • Joint and observed client meetings
  • Support with exams, CPD, and technical development
  • Access to high-quality operational and paraplanning support
  • A calm, professional environment focused on quality, accountability, and long-term thinking

This is a practice that invests in people, not just production.

About the Company

The culture is calm, professional, and built on doing things properly with integrity, accountability, and long-term thinking at its core.

  • 10 years established
  • £90m+ Funds Under Management
  • 250+ client families
  • Advice-led, client-centric, and relationship-driven
  • Strong referral culture and exceptional client retention
  • Infrastructure designed to let advisors focus on what matters: clients and advice quality

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII, LIBF/IFS, CISI or equivalent), completed or very close to completion
  • Strong understanding of FCA regulation, suitability, and advice-led financial planning
  • Experience working within a regulated financial advice or wealth management environment
  • Proven client-facing experience, with the confidence to build trusted, long-term relationships
  • Commitment to professional ethics, high standards, and delivering excellent client outcomes

Personal Attributes

  • Client-focused, values-driven, and advice-led rather than sales-led
  • Eager to learn, develop, and grow into increased responsibility and autonomy
  • Comfortable working in a high-trust, high-quality professional environment
  • Motivated by long-term career progression and building enduring client relationships
