Role: Administrator
Location: Oxford
Salary:£26,000 to £29,500 (depending on experience)
Were looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting the Learning & Development function, wider business activities, and day-to-day office coordination.
If you enjoy managing multiple tasks, staying one step ahead, and being the go-to person for colleagues, this role offers plenty of scope to make a meaningful impact.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, external partners, and learners, youll play a key role in ensuring training programmes, internal processes, and office environments run efficiently and effectively.
This role requires:
- Proven administrative experience in a busy, multi-tasking environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using digital systems and the ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Experience supporting learning or training systems (desirable but not essential)
- An organised, adaptable mindset and a genuine interest in helping others do their best work
