Salary: ÂŁ30,000 ÂŁ35,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Location: Remote-based but ideally based in the South of England (occasional travel across the UK)

Contract Type : Full-Time, Permanent

We’re looking for a confident and adaptable Talent and People Partner to help shape our people strategy and support our teams through meaningful HR initiatives. As the Talent and People Partner, you will report directly to the Group Head of HR and play a pivotal role in both strategic and operational HR delivery as well as being the lead on Recruitment. This is a varied and hands‑on position, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and driving positive change.

What you will bring :

  • CIPD Level 3 or above
  • Solid generalist HR experience in a fast‑paced environment
  • A love of Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A practical, solutions‑focused approach with great attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to regional sites

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all aspects of people management
  • Supporting and guiding complex employee relations matters with professionalism and care
  • Leading and contributing to HR projects such as engagement, change management and training
  • Promoting a culture aligned with our values and inclusive practices
  • Enhancing performance and development through effective HR processes

Recruitment Focus

You will take ownership of recruitment across the group, ensuring we attract and retain the right talent.

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce planning
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Championing inclusive hiring practices and values‑based selection
  • Building talent pipelines and supporting succession planning
  • Monitoring recruitment KPIs and refining processes for continuous improvement
