A varied role combining CRM management, data accuracy, digital marketing, and content support across multiple automotive and motorcycle brands. You’ll help deliver engaging campaigns, maintain high-quality customer data, and support day-to-day marketing activity including email, SMS, website updates, social media and reporting. This is an office-based role with no remote working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain data quality, cleansing and CRM administration
  • Prepare customer data sets and produce regular reports
  • Support email, SMS, digital and web campaigns
  • Assist with website updates, content creation and social media activity
  • Contribute to promotions, events and daily marketing tasks
  • Resolve customer data queries and support internal teams

About You

  • Experience in marketing, CRM or data-focused roles
  • Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident balancing creative work with administrative responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel

Desirable Skills
