An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing, PE-backed organisation based in Hertfordshire.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple vacancies, engaging with a broad range of stakeholders and taking ownership of the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer.
The successful candidate will be a strong candidate sourcer, confident operating in a busy environment and able to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of vacancies, from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Develop a strong understanding of hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals and other direct sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring roles progress efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, conducting initial interviews where appropriate.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews, providing regular feedback and communication to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, providing recruitment advice, market insight and updates on hiring activity.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to refine job specifications and agree appropriate sourcing strategies.
- Monitor recruitment activity, candidate pipelines and time-to-hire, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
About You
- Has previous experience within Talent Acquisition, internal recruitment or agency recruitment.
- Is a confident and proactive candidate sourcer with strong direct sourcing capabilities.
- Has experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Is comfortable working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Can manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Is commercially minded and able to understand the wider needs of the business.
