Talent Acquisition Specialist Hertfordshire 1-2 Days a week in the office Salary £35,000-£38,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing, PE-backed organisation based in Hertfordshire. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple vacancies, engaging with a broad range of stakeholders and taking ownership of the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer. The successful candidate will be a strong candidate sourcer, confident operating in a busy environment and able to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of vacancies, from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding. Develop a strong understanding of hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment solutions. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals and other direct sourcing channels. Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring requirements. Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring roles progress efficiently and within agreed timescales. Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, conducting initial interviews where appropriate. Arrange and coordinate interviews, providing regular feedback and communication to both candidates and hiring managers. Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, providing recruitment advice, market insight and updates on hiring activity. Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Work closely with hiring managers to refine job specifications and agree appropriate sourcing strategies. Monitor recruitment activity, candidate pipelines and time-to-hire, providing regular updates to key stakeholders. About You Has previous experience within Talent Acquisition, internal recruitment or agency recruitment. Is a confident and proactive candidate sourcer with strong direct sourcing capabilities. Has experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Is comfortable working with and influencing senior stakeholders. Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Can manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail. Is commercially minded and able to understand the wider needs of the business.
