This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a collaborative team advising developers, investors, landlords, contractors and consultants on a broad range of high-value construction and development projects. The team is recognised for its expertise in building safety and remediation work, offering exposure to complex and market-leading instructions. The Role
As a Senior Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of non-contentious construction matters from instruction through to completion.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of construction documentation, including:
- Construction contracts (JCT and NEC)
- Professional appointments
- Development agreements
