Job Title: Senior Administrator Location: Bradford Contract: FTC – 12 Months Salary: £30,000-£40,000 DOE The Role Our client, a top 10 ranking accountancy firm in the UK, are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Administrator to support a busy professional services office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role combines day-to-day admin support with oversight of office operations and team coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage reception duties, phone calls, office access, and supplies. Liaise with contractors and act as the main office contact. Produce and maintain documents with strong formatting and accuracy. Support onboarding/offboarding processes and staff inductions. Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, and expenses. Maintain internal systems and manage client onboarding/offboarding. Raise invoices and support financial admin processes. Prepare client packs and assist with proofreading and project tasks. Mentor junior administrators and support small team management. Help organise internal events and contribute to business development initiatives. Skills & Experience Required Strong communication and organisational skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and internal admin systems. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Experience in professional services or similar admin role.
