We are supporting a Family Office in Central London in their search for an experienced and proactive Personal/Executive Assistant.
In this role, you will provide personal administrative support in the management of the Office’s operations and assets, ensuring that deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of providing administrative support within a busy Family Office environment, and have exceptional communication skills in order to deal with both internal and external stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact within the Office and support in calendar and workload management
- Attend meetings and take notes, organise follow ups and handle correspondence
- Assist with personal and business related tasks for the Office to ensure the smooth running of operations
- Support with all administrative tasks, ensuring these are up-to-date and filed in a timely manner
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all personal and professional matters
- Support the household team in their recruitment where necessary
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant within a Family Office or UHNW environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time and be able to prioritise effectively
- Strong initiative to be able to make day-to-day decisions within the Office with autonomy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
