Job Description:
We are supporting a reputable law firm in their search for a skilled Conveyancer. Role Responsibilities:
- Freehold and leasehold sales / purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- Stamp duty procedures
- Title checking
- Search reports
- Enquiries
- Freehold sales/purchases
- Leasehold sales/purchases including the grant of leases
- The regulation of landlord and tenant relationships
- Dealing with all matters from beginning through to completion
Candidate Requirements:
- Be an experienced Legal Executive or Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer with a proven track record of residential property work
- Have good management and supervisory skills
- Be self-motivated and able to organise your own workload
