We are searching for an experienced Internal Audit Senior to join a leading Risk Assurance team in their London office.

The Role

  • Take ownership of audit assignments from planning through to completion, while building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth.
  • Work across a diverse client portfolio, delivering high-quality internal audit services and supporting organisations in managing risk effectively.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver internal audit assignments across multiple sectors.
  • Plan audits, including risk assessments and testing strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth research into client operations, industries, and risk environments.
  • Analyse financial and operational data to identify control weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including client management teams.
  • Produce clear, concise audit reports with practical recommendations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their development.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including tenders and presentations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Professionally qualified (CIA, ACA, or ACCA).
  • Proven experience in internal audit, including planning and delivering assignments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Eligible to work in the UK from the proposed start date.
