A well-established, multi-office regional law firm is currently seeking two experienced Legal Secretaries to join its growing teams. Opportunities are available within:
- Residential Conveyancing
- Private Client
These are separate roles, offering long-term stability within a professional and supportive legal environment.
1 Conveyancing Legal Secretary
You will support Fee Earners within the Residential Property team, assisting with transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio and copy typing of contracts, transfers and correspondence
- Preparing Land Registry applications
- Assisting with exchange and completion processes
- Drafting completion statements
- Supporting post-completion matters including SDLT submissions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders
- Managing diaries and files
Experience Required:
- Previous experience within residential conveyancing
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
- Excellent typing and organisational skills
2 Private Client Legal Secretary
You will provide support to Fee Earners handling Wills, Probate, LPAs and estate administration matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio and copy typing of Wills, Probate documents and correspondence
- Preparing estate administration and court documentation
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and financial institutions
- Managing files and diaries
- Supporting billing and general administration
Experience Required:
