We are seeking a Family Solicitor/Legal Executive to join this well-established leading firm.
You will be a key member of this firm working in their Family Law Department. The firm is well known and reputable, with 17 offices and growing teams!
Role Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and representation on divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic abuse cases.
- Prepare court applications, consent orders, prenuptial agreements, and other legal documentation.
- Represent clients in negotiations to resolve disputes amicably and cost-effectively, often through mediation.
- Attend hearings and advocate for clients in family courts when required.
- Handle emotionally charged situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.

- Experience dealing with matrimonial matters
- 38 days' annual leave, inclusive of bank and other public holidays
