Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pre-litigation strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.

  • Supervise and mentor associates and litigation teams, providing guidance on legal analysis, case management, and professional development.

  • Oversee case budgets and billing, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and transparency with clients.

  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings, including trial advocacy and settlement negotiations.
