An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a growing PE-backed organisation based in Hertfordshire.
This is a fast-paced role where you will play a key part in supporting the organisation's continued growth, managing a high volume of vacancies across multiple locations and partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a strong candidate sourcer, highly organised and comfortable working in a demanding, multi-site environment where priorities can change quickly.
The Role
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a high volume of vacancies, from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding.
Take ownership of multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring roles progress efficiently and within agreed timescales.
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, direct sourcing, networking, referrals and other channels.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future recruitment requirements.
Work closely with hiring managers across multiple sites to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build strong relationships with candidates and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews, assessing suitability against role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication through to offer.
Provide recruitment market insight and regular updates to hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
Ensure all recruitment activity is carried out in line with company policies, employment legislation and internal compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure appropriate right-to-work and pre-employment checks are completed.
About You
Previous experience within Talent Acquisition, internal recruitment or a high-volume agency environment.
Excellent candidate sourcing skills and a proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
Experience managing a large number of vacancies simultaneously.
Experience recruiting across multiple sites or locations.
