We are recruiting on behalf of a distinguished private household in London seeking a professional and dedicated Housekeeper to join their fully staffed team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautifully maintained residence where attention to detail, teamwork, and high service standards are key. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience from a luxury hotel, private yacht, or UHNW household and be confident assisting with service during formal and informal dinners and events.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
- Handle all laundry duties, including care of delicate and luxury fabrics
- Provide wardrobe management and organisation
- Work collaboratively with other household staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Assist with meal and drinks service, particularly during dinners and dinner parties
- Maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a private household, luxury hotel, or yacht
- Confident in delivering high levels of service in both formal and informal settings
- Strong housekeeping skills with a meticulous eye for detail
- Positive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Discreet, trustworthy, and committed to long-term employment
- London-based and able to commute easily to the property
