The Head Waiter/Waitress will assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery and creating an exceptional and memorable dining experience for our guests., * Lead your section to ensure a seamless and efficient dining experience

Collaborate with the team to support and develop all aspects of the business.

Ensure timely and effective delivery of food while maintaining quality throughout the service.

Manage the cleanliness and readiness of all equipment and Mise-en-place.

Prepare and serve beverages and condiments promptly.

Keep all back-of-house areas clean and tidy at all times.
