Responsibilities

  • Receive and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, while providing necessary assistance and refreshments.
  • Act as the first point of contact at the reception area, creating a positive start to the customer journey.
  • Coordinate and guide customers to the appropriate sales personnel.
  • Ensure the showroom and customer areas remain tidy, professional, and inviting at all times.
  • Assist in organizing and supporting promotional activities and customer experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3 years of customer service, retail or beauty industry experience.
  • Able to communicate with Chinese customers from Taiwan and China.
  • Able to commit to a 1 year contract.
  • 5 or 6 days including both weekends, between 8am to 6pm.
