Responsibilities

As a Change Manager you will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives (delivered through projects) meet their set objectives and outcomes by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will be focused on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management approaches and plans that will increase benefit realisation, value creation and the achievement of results and outcomes for the projects you are assigned to. You will also be expected to coach senior leaders and people managers in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor/leader for change initiatives in their areas.

You will look beyond the norm and be creative in the solutions that you propose to identify and realise business benefits. Change pieces you will get stuck into on arrival include operations operating model changes and finance system transformation, and this Change Manager role is a key enabler in ensuring that change is delivered.

As well as being an agent of change, you will champion the cause of change management, utilising your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate closely with other functions involved in delivering change initiatives. Working with different levels of stakeholders you will be able to articulate the needs of the business to the project team and provide tailored change management. You will be familiar with project management tools, and phases of a project lifecycle.

Qualifications

You will have at least 5 years change management experience, ideally some of that within a social housing environment. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with individuals at all levels of the organisation.

Location, Duration & Start

Location: Hybrid London 3 days a week the rest remote. Duration: Permanent. Start Date: ASAP.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: £55,000 to £61,400 dependent on experience plus generous annual leave, health cash plan, season ticket loan, life assurance and a generous contributory pension offer as well as other benefits.
