The Community and Partnership Development Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership, planning, coordination, and development of Wellspring Settlements’ Community Hub and associated partnerships and services. The role ensures high‑quality delivery, strong internal collaboration, and meaningful community and partnership involvement across all activities. It leads staff, supports cross‑team working, builds local partnerships, and ensures services are trauma‑informed, person‑centred, and aligned with the organisation’s mission.
The postholder also contributes to service development, the development of a partnership strategy, fundraising, and organisational events, and deputises for the Deputy CEO: Head of Services when required. This post will be 35 hours per week. Scale H pts 34 –37 £35,302- £38,033 per annum pro rata. Holiday: 5 weeks (pro rata) per year plus all bank holidays.
