Your role

This is an exciting time to joinus asyou will play a crucial role insupportingtheongoinggrowth andsustainabilityofThe Peer Partnership.The Peer Partnership provides training, consultancy, and service development to support people living with long-term physical and mental health conditions and protected characteristics to receiveguidance andsupport fromfacilitators withlivedexperience.You willbe responsible foridentifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to increasedemand for our services.

You are ambitious and creative withsuccess growingand developingincome streams.Youarean excellent communicatorwith the ability to build strongrelationshipstosecurebusiness withinfluential people anddecision-makers.Youstriveto deliveragreatcustomerexperience andwillmonitoryour own efforts to adjust strategies asrequiredto continuously analyse and improve what works and whatdoesn’t.

Youwill be a strong advocate for the adoption and spread of peer support across the UK tobenefitour clients and their beneficiaries. Youare committed to working withinBrigstowe’sservice delivery ethos of respect,empowermentand inclusion.

The Peer Partnership is a brand developed to take forward the work of Brigstowe,which has beenprovidinga range of HIV support services for 30 years.

The Peer Partnershipworks with people living with long-term health conditions and organisations to create effective, safe, and user-led peer support services across Bristol and beyond. We offer consultancy and training to share best practice with othersarounddesigning, managing or implementing peer support, and provide all the necessary resources and skills to build successful projects and advocate the widespread acceptance and use of peer support asanessential tool in supporting the resilience of people living with difficult circumstances.

As well as joining a collaborative, supportive,motivatedand dynamic team, you will receive:

Salary:£30,559 – £32,654 Full-time equivalent (point 18 to 22 ontheNJCPay Scale)
Hours:22.5 hoursper week, whichcan be spreadflexiblyacross three or moredays
