Overview

We are looking for a Charity Support Officer to help support the organisation’s financial operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate processing of transactions, maintain financial records, and assist with finance projects and trustees reporting.

Walton Charity is a place-based charity working in Elmbridge, Surrey. Our vision is for an Elmbridge community where everyone has the opportunity and support to live a rewarding life, free from poverty and inequality. We use our people, land, property, and funds to tackle issues of poverty, health, housing, and educational attainment in our local area. This role would suit someone with excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with good IT and numeracy skills.

Working three days per week, based on-site, at our office in Walton on Thames, the role contributes to strong financial stewardship that enables the organisation to deliver its mission effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a big difference as part of a small, friendly team.
