Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales is seeking a consultant or team to design and operationalise the new Community Belonging programme, aiming for a launch in early 2027.

The project will integrate evidence, lived experience and Welsh expertise while engaging a wide range of stakeholders.

The work will span England and Wales, involve Wales-speaking communities, and consider rural and post-industrial contexts.
