Job Description
Communications Officer (Part-time)Join Talbot Village Trust and help tell the stories behind our funding. As our Communications Officer, you will create engaging content across social media, website and email channels, showcasing the impact of the charities and community organisations we support across south-east Dorset.Working closely with the staff team, trustees and grant recipients, you will develop compelling stories, manage digital communications, maintain our online presence, and help strengthen the Trust's profile and reputation. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative communications professional who enjoys turning real-life impact into engaging content that makes a difference.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing the Trust's social media channels
- Creating and sharing impact stories, case studies and digital content
- Maintaining website and newsletter content
- Planning and coordinating communications campaigns and content calendars
- Monitoring performance and reporting on communications activity
- Supporting communications for events, announcements and stakeholder engagement
