Job Description
This is an exciting new role at LEF that will play an important role in helping the foundation sustain a supportive, inclusive and values-led workplace where colleagues are able to do their best work and have a sense of belonging at LEF. The postholder will lead on people matters, policy and process improvement, performance reviews, training and development, and will work closely with colleagues to help embed LEF’s Power, Culture and Inclusion programme in everyday practice.The post holder will work closely with the Operations Manager, who leads on HR administration across LEF, and will report into the Director of Operations. The role will lead on effecting change at LEF, both through ensuring the necessary policies and processes are in place and also through cultural change.The People and Culture Lead will work closely with LEF’s Change Team to ensure that a collaborative approach is taken.The Change Team is a cross-departmental working group of colleagues who meet regularly to drive LEF’s approach to PCI.
