ACF is looking for an organisational design consultant to support the next phase of our development. We want you to review our staffing structure and ways of working to become a more lean and agile organisation, financially sustainable and fit for the future.
You will have experience with purpose-driven or membership-based organisations of similar size to ACF (headcount c20), adaptive people-centred design expertise, and a practical outcome-focused approach that balances strategic thinking with delivery.
