We're recruiting an Operations Managerto lead the systems, processes and governance that keep the Steve Morgan Foundation running effectively.
This role sits at the centre of a small, ambitious team.
You'll lead our grants management platform, Plinth, oversee operational processes, support governance and compliance, manage supplier contracts, coordinate finance and HR administration, and help us make better use of technology and AI.
We're looking for someone who enjoys improving systems rather than simply maintaining them.
You might come from a charity, a small business, a professional services firm, or another environment where a small number of people carry significant responsibility.
No accounting qualification is required.
Plinth experience is not required.
Operational judgement, attention to detail and a willingness to improve how things work are.
