As Grants Operations Assistant, this person will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the Foundations, ensuring effective, efficient and timely grants administration, supporting the preparation of Board papers, and providing administrative support across the Foundations. The post-holder will also assist with diary management and act as an executive assistant to the Chief Executive.
The successful candidate will have proven administrative experience, be highly organised, pro-active, have exceptional attention to detail (with strong proofreading skills) and will be comfortable managing multiple tasks and working at pace. They will also be adept at working with databases (ideally Salesforce) and will have strong IT skills across Microsoft Office products. The person will understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion and will be a collaborative team player.
