Responsibilities
- Drive sales and provide excellent customer service
- Manage customer accounts
- Build and maintain good customer relationships through regular and effective communications
- Handle customers' enquiries and propose solutions that meet their requirements
- Work with various departments to respond to customers' technical queries
- Review customer's quotation requirements against company's resources and capabilities
- Follow up with customers on quotations submitted to secure orders
- Perform contract review to ensure requirements match quotation's terms of supply and ensure documents/information are sufficient for production and delivery
- Plan and execute sales strategies
- Conduct presentations and customer visits
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales statistics and reports
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Experienced in Precision Engineering
- Understand Drawings and BOM
- Experienced in ERP
- Able to work independently
